Only stayed one night but had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the place is large. Getting in and out was easy and the building was very quiet. Saw a game at Comerica park and the walk took no time at all. The only downside is the windows were small, not a lot of natural light and no real great views of the city.

We would highly recommend this location and listing.  Jason and his team clearly communicated ahead of time.  We arrived late and were able to follow the clear instructions on how to access the key fob to get in the building.  Jason was also very responsive - we asked in advance for some restaurant recommendations and Jason promptly provided several options with links to the restaurants.  The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised and as it looked in the pictures.  The location was perfect.  Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance and only a 10 minute walk to Ford Field (where we were attending a concert).

I traveled to Detroit to see Foo Fighters at Ford Field. The location could not be beat. As a solo woman traveler, I felt comfortable walking to and from the stadium and exploring the neighborhood. The legendary Buddy’s Pizza near the building entrance was a nice bonus. And the 24/7 valets were kind and helpful and offered a sense of security. The 21st floor apartment boasted beautiful views of the theaters on Woodward, the baseball stadium, and iconic downtown buildings. The space was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host and their assistants were very helpful and accommodating. Great communication with timely responses. I definitely plan to stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The space was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. Jason was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

If I return to Detroit, this is exactly where I’ll stay. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible views of downtown, Woodward Avenue, and even Comerica Park. Broderick Tower is a beautifully restored historic building with real character, and the location cannot be beat—steps from Grand Circus Park, the Fox Theatre, Comerica Park, Ford Field, restaurants, and nightlife. We walked almost everywhere. Check-in was seamless, communication was clear, and the host was extremely responsive. The staff and valet were also welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Between the outstanding unit, unforgettable views, historic building, and unbeatable location, this was an excellent experience. I would book this exact unit again without hesitation.
