These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Guest access Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Please note that pool opening and maintenance is at sole discretion of building management. - 2026-09-20T14:18:48Z · 4/5: Had issues with the lockbox as it was inaccessible. Had to go to a different location and find another lockbox to obtain key fob for the building. Not something anyone wants to when you’re arriving at night. Response time when messaging about lockbox was good. Parking is in a garage down the street from the building. Other than these things, the space was extraordinary. It was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend and stay again.
- 2026-08-30T15:30:19Z · 5/5: Jason's 3-bedroom apartment was an excellent stay for my yearly brothers' reunion weekend. In addition to being in a great location, the apartment had a great living room / kitchen island for when we wanted to hang out at home. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very peacefully. The place looks exactly as depicted in the photos, and Jason was a very responsive host from the moment I booked the place. We were pleasantly surprised how much is going on in the neighborhood, such as rooftop bars, excellent restaurants (the Detroit-style pizza was a favorite), and a fantastic speakeasy just down the alley. Comerica Park and Ford Field are a short walk away, for those sporting fans out there. There were so many places we could walk to that we hardly drove anywhere. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would stay again next time I'm in Detroit!

- 2026-08-12T14:10:52Z · 4/5: It is a great spot and location, but you have to consider next: 1. I had issues with my check in, it took 1 hour to access the place. I had to ask to make amends at check out (1 hour) they didn't offer me. 2. To use the dishwasher machine I had to bay my own detergent pods, they didn't solve and even showed any care about solving it for me. 3. If you are traveling with seniors the apartment has a very high and lean stairs to access the rooms. 4. The WIFI doesn’t works as well as they promote.

The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. Jason was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
