Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

This listing requires an additional (third party) $500 security deposit that takes 24-48 hours after you checkout to release and then an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to return to your account. The unit was not professionally cleaned. Especially for the additional security deposit requirements. Overall the unit has some wear and tear but not horrible, however; it’s definitely not worth 160+ a night. Honestly the deposit experience made it hard to enjoy this unit. The old charm and historic Rosa parks blvd isn’t enough to over shadow an unrealistic deposit expectation for an subpar building and experience. We find it difficult to find affordable places to stay in Detroit. Appreciate Jason providing one. Elevator didn’t work so the 4th floor was a hike!! Shower didn’t really work so that was a bummer!! But host was overall friendly and helpful!! Veronica

Such a great spot! The apartment was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s located in a lively area with plenty to do, yet still felt quiet and peaceful inside. The host was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!
