Great and smooth stay right in the heart of Detroit. Very sweet neighbors that live in the building and safe area. My father’s first experience with an Airbnb and loved it!

Everything was exactly as described and the place was perfect for the conference I was attending.  It is in a nice area with walkable restaurants and shops.  Only issue I had was at checkout and not knowing where to take the trash as that isn’t specified.  I would definitely book again!

I had such a great stay with Jason! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. The area felt safe, and I had absolutely no issues getting there or checking in. Jason was also an awesome host and was super communicative, helpful, and easy to get ahold of throughout my stay.<br/>The only thing I would recommend is getting the parking pass if you’re staying longer than 48 hours, because parking can be a little difficult without the pass depending on the events going on downtown within that week/weekend!!!

Only stayed one night but had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the place is large. Getting in and out was easy and the building was very quiet. Saw a game at Comerica park and the walk took no time at all. The only downside is the windows were small, not a lot of natural light and no real great views of the city.

Love how the host responds so quickly in case of any need. Also the process was very smooth from check-in to check-out.

The apartment was clean and well kept. The furniture and place were a tad worn but understandable because of the age of the building. The star of the place was the location - fantastic if you want to spend time in the core of downtown Detroit. Lots of things within walking distance and Q-line nearby. For a downtown location it was relatively quiet.  Beds and pillows were quite comfortable.  Would have been nice to have a few more supplies (more than 2 coffee mugs, drying rack for dishes would have been nice) but definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again at the right price.
