These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Guest access Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Please note that pool opening and maintenance is at sole discretion of building management. The area felt safe, and I had absolutely no issues getting there or checking in. Jason was also an awesome host and was super communicative, helpful, and easy to get ahold of throughout my stay. The only thing I would recommend is getting the parking pass if you’re staying longer than 48 hours, because parking can be a little difficult without the pass depending on the events going on downtown within that week/weekend!!!

The star of the place was the location - fantastic if you want to spend time in the core of downtown Detroit. Lots of things within walking distance and Q-line nearby. For a downtown location it was relatively quiet. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Would have been nice to have a few more supplies (more than 2 coffee mugs, drying rack for dishes would have been nice) but definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again at the right price.
- 2026-07-18T12:17:25.000Z · 5.0/5: Great location, nicely appointed space, and extremely responsive host communication. Also, the other folks in the building were really nice. Our.family of four really enjoyed experiencing Detroit with this as a home base!
