This was a great place to stay. Ben was an amazing host. Very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was so cozy. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Good showers. I can’t say enough good things about the space. And then the view from the 27th floor! The neighborhood is within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The building felt safe and secure. Hope to make it back to Chicago sooner rather than later and stay here again!

Chicago is gorgeous in the fall and staying at Ben’s residence was the perfect location for launching into all the Windy City had to offer. The building is modern, secure and full of amenities like fitness room, pool and hot tub. The unit itself is roomy and comfortable, with floor to ceiling glass, offering spectacular skyline views. Take the elevator to the lounge areas on the 16th and 27th floors for incredible outdoor cityscapes, with gas fire elements if warmth is an issue. The location is walkable to Green Line trains. There is abundant food and drink options around the neighborhood and walking back late at night was never a concern. Ben was super helpful in answering any questions and our stay was an absolute pleasure.

Pros - almost everything. Great location, spacious with beautiful views and natural light. Well-appointed with good kitchen gear, paper towels, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, hot water, and clean. good host. Would return.
Cons - shower - water was very hot but worst water pressure I've had in a long time, and the plumbing made loud noises when temperature was on any medium settings. This was the same in both showers. As other reviews note, there were also lots of scratches and marks on the paint and a hole in one of the doors (we noted this early on and were told a work order had been put in). It's clear this is a very high traffic place and maybe doesn't get frequent TLC on upkeep. I gave 5 stars on everything but 4 on clean for this.
The train is not as loud as people say but light sleepers should bring earplugs. However, i definitely recommend a sleep mask because the curtains are not very translucent and there are bright lights shining in from the outdoor deck and street

Bobby

Great location, comfortable beds, and spacious apartment with a great view of the city. Brett was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, everything went super smoothly

Brett’s home was incredible! The views, the location, it was spotless. We could see the trains from the apartment which was really cool. We could also hear them from the apartment but the sound didn’t bother us. Walkable to tons of restaurants and bars, coffee shop next door was nice, and Ubers showed up very quickly. Would love to stay here again.
