- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Ben has been a fantastic host! He communicates quickly and has the place perfectly ready for you. It was clean and well-kept. It was a great place to come home to after a long day of work. I will be rebooking here for all my Chicago trips! Had a great stay. Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Excellent location for experiencing Fulton Market. The apartment and the views are beautiful. The only way to take in Chicago. We were close enough to attractions that we were a short walk or uber ride away from most things. Great deep dish pizza across the street. Ben was very flexible with our schedule and responsive with all our questions. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. I would absolutely stay again and recommend the place to anyone visiting the area! Great location and condo. Will book again when I return!
