- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

The apartment and the views are beautiful. The only way to take in Chicago. We were close enough to attractions that we were a short walk or uber ride away from most things. Great deep dish pizza across the street. Ben was very flexible with our schedule and responsive with all our questions. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. I would absolutely stay again and recommend the place to anyone visiting the area! Great location and condo. Will book again when I return! Massaer

We booked for two nights but due to repeated airline delays we arrived a day late and only ended up using one night. We communicated early and asked for a reasonable accommodation (date shift, credit, or any adjustment for the unused night), but the responses were rigid and felt dismissive, mostly “policy” with no real effort to help. The only option presented was to book/pay for a different unit as a brand-new reservation, which didn’t solve the issue of having already paid for time we couldn’t use.<br/>On top of that, the unit wasn’t as clean as expected , there was hair in the bathtub, which is a basic cleanliness miss. Also, there’s no dedicated parking spot, which was an inconvenience and should be made very clear upfront. Finally, be aware there was a $500 deposit/hold tied to the identity verification process , which added friction and cost/stress during check-in.<br/>Between the lack of flexibility, cleanliness concerns, parking inconvenience, verification hassles, we will not return.
