These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. - 2026-09-14T14:15:49Z · 5/5: Place exactly as pictured and described. Check in was easy as there is a 24/7 concierge. It's very private because it requires a fob to get in. Easy walking distance to lots of food and drink and easy walk to a metro stop. As noted by some others, due to its proximity to the train, it is kind of loud when it passes by and it passes frequently. I had a white noise machine at night and the train didn't wake me. It was well stocked with linens and shampoo/conditioner//body wash. Communicative. We had a nice stay.
- 2026-09-08T13:11:38Z · 5/5: Location & space was amazing. The building is very nice & feels safe. The only issue we had was with the front door. The latch did not stay closed unless you slammed the door very hard and that wasn’t even a guaranteed solution. We could lock the door from the inside but it was very annoying to have to keep slamming the door. Ben was very quick to respond when we notified him of the issue but maintenance was not able to come look at it while we were there so there were many instances when our door was just open. We did try blocking the door to keep it shut but obviously that’s not ideal. The train is kind of loud but you get used to it after a while. Would stay there again if door is fixed.
