Description
Step into an inspiring, open-concept art gallery with soaring 30 foot ceilings and and an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights. Exposed brick walls with original industrial windows. Plain concrete floor. Bathroom with shower, full kitchen. 2 additional enclosed rooms of 300 sq ft each which can be furnished with queens or singles on request. Amazing balcony room overlooking the main area. Extremely easy access, door right to street. Great for photos and video shoots and day time gatherings of any sort without amplified music.
This gallery can be transformed into a unique temporary home for your extended stay. Just let us know if you’d like the rooms furnished with beds or have any special requests.

The space
The space is currently an art gallery. If you would like to stay here for an extended period of time, the bedrooms can be furnished prior to your arrival with singles or queen beds. If you would like to know more, or have any questions, please let us know in your inquiry message.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the unit.
We do our best to meet each guest in person upon arrival to give access and answer any question. If not, then the keys will be at the front desk for your arrival. After that, we are there whenever you need us, and not there if you don't. All will be confirmed in check in instructions that are sent after booking.
Other things to note
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose
By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
