Jason's place was huge, which was ideal for our two families sharing a space. It was walking distance to Comerica park, which was our destination. The parking was a little tricky with little ones and luggage (the parking lot has no elevator and is a couple blocks away), but we felt safe walking around the area, even when walking to retrieve our key/fob for the apt in the alley. The 10 am checkout comes early, but they do offer late checkout for a fee. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Jason's place to other guests.

This was a wonderful apartment in a very cool historic building right downtown, next to the QLine and the People Mover stops which take you around Detroit for free! It was spacious and clean and we were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The paid parking situation was also extremely easy. The host was readily available for all questions. Super nice!

This apartment is amazing!!  Beautiful views day and night from all living spaces, comfortable beds, and access to high quality amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, social spaces with billiards and ping pong).  We attended one of the RUSH concerts at the United Center which drove our choice for this location.  We also appreciated how safe we felt in the surrounding area and the market that was only 2 blocks away.  Only a 10 - 15 minute LYFT/UBER ride to downtown depending on where you are going.<br/>As other reviewers have noted, the building is close to the train and you can hear the train in the living room/kitchen/deck area.  The train is not as noticeable in the bedrooms with the doors closed.

Our family had a wonderful stay here during a recent trip to Detroit. The apartment was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed. The living room was a standout, with huge windows that filled the space with natural light and offered fantastic views of the city.<br/>The bedrooms were really nice, quiet, dark, and perfect for getting a great night's sleep. The mattress and bedding were unbelievably comfortable; it genuinely felt like sleeping on clouds.<br/>The location was another huge plus. It's centrally located with a beautiful park right out front and plenty of excellent restaurants and food options within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.<br/>Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Detroit. It was comfortable, centrally located, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Jason!

Perfect place to stay with an incredible view of the skyline! Easily walkable to the train stop, Fulton Market/West Loop restaurants and shops. One thing to note is that there is a decibel meter close to the TV/common area - so watch the volume. Would definitely stay again!
