Guest access
Convenient Personal check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit and access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Please note:
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

My wife and I stayed here while attending an event at the convention center. Fantastic location to the convention center and restaurants. The apartment is in a secure building. Well stocked for with everything you need to feel at home. There’s a grocery store about 7 minutes away (walking) which was very convenient. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nicole was fantastic during check in and the parking was in the building next door so pretty easy. We will be back next year! Anthony

Jim and the team were great. Only downfall is there is no onsite parking at the building but it was not an issue. Felt right at home and my 7 yr old loved it. Big thanks to Jim and Nicole. They were very flexible and even accommodated in areas we didn't expect and no extra charge. Darrel

Great apartment and location. The view was incredible. Very nice apartment and amenities. Lot’s to do within the apartment complex as well as the surrounding areas. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.
