Guest access
Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Please note:
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Hello, recently my info was stolen. My device, bank info & more. A person booked with this host, using my card information. I was charged & immediately tried to cancel the purchase. My bank replaced my card & I changed my account info and more. I reached out to the host and they refused to refund me my money. Due to a “no refund policy” I involved Airbnb as well and still currently in an active investigation. An unauthorized purchase was made. I never attended the Airbnb or step foot on the property. Yet I’m left to leave a review. These Airbnb host are greedy & wrong. This matter could’ve been resolved by simply refunding my money after it was obvious nobody came to stay at the Airbnb. And I stated multiple times I did not authorize the purchase. Melanie

Great location and great communication from host. Overall amazing experience! The place was great and clean. Jason was able to accommodate a last minute reservation, which was greatly appreciated. The area has lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Z
