Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

The place is very spacious, cozy and clean! Although I would love liked to see better kitchen ware (pots and pans specifically) Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Ben und seinem Team. Das AirBnB in Chicago war genauso wie beschrieben und äußerst sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – sowohl die Küche als auch die Badezimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet.<br/>Die vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe von fünf Personen und boten viel Platz und Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr sauberen und bequemen Betten.<br/>Das Apartment befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend mit beeindruckender Architektur und vielen modernen Glasgebäuden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Ben und sein Team! Overall, this was a great stay. We were there for 30 nights. The host was super responsive to any and all questions throughout the extended stay. Building is modern/new, bathrooms are clean, bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen has most common appliances/pots/pans (although a bit cheap), and the common workspace was convenient for days we did not go to the office. Convenient location to grocery stores, Red line, a few local bars, but mostly a lot of chain restaurants and retail shops. Walkable-ish to the more well-known areas of Chicago but expect to drive / Uber.<br/>Two areas of improvement: seating is very uncomfortable. If you plan to spend any time inside the unit, know that the couch and chairs are not meant for lounging around or working. Parking is very expensive for Chicago prices, and the garage door cannot be opened with the app that opens all other building door. You have to park the car, walk to a side door, open manually, and then go back to your car to park. Khierra
