Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Please note that pool opening and maintenance is at sole discretion of building management.

- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.

- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious and perfectly located for walking to nearby spots. Check-in was straightforward as long as you follow the provided instructions, and the building felt very secure throughout our stay. Procédure un peu compliquée au début, mais une fois faite, super logement! Avec des collègues, nous y sommes restés pour une conférence pendant 5 jours. Extrêmement propre, spacieux, lits king très très confortables, et un emplacement super au centre-ville. Ca nous a vraiment fait apprécié Détroit, nous recommandons fortement! Kirsten

Cue the spy music soundtrack before beginning this one. It felt like a spy mission to absorb the extensive instructions, before attempting to pass through hurdles involved (alley, quest for lockbox, tricky electronic sensors, etc.) before finally getting into this place. Once there, the accommodations are good. (Then, extensive instructions again at the conclusion of stay.) Megan

Great spot in Detroit! The road construction was a bit tricky but the host can’t control that. If you’re doing any work in the city, this is definitely a worthwhile stay in lieu of a hotel. There are also a zillion restaurants nearby.
