Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Please note that certain facilities and maintenance is at sole discretion of building management.
Other things to note
Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

This is difficult for me, the unit was nice and clean and the communication and price was fine. I have never had an issue really before and I have been a highly rated member of this platform for many years. The issue was we arrived to an eviction notice on the door, so after making sure our key still worked, we were only in town for 48 hours so I figured it hopefully wont be an issue. Until we had a plumbing problem, resulting in Ben having to get building maintenance to come turn off the faucet. Ben was nice and kind and after about and hour the maintenance man arrived. He was very kind and helpful, but was very clear with us that this unit should not have been rented to us and they were in court "earlier that day" with them. So I just caution anyone right now until you can get real assurance from this platform ARBNB not the "owner"/ renter. I would book with caution as I believe they are in the active eviction process. Great place, clean, beautiful views, and great host. We were in a jam and needed a new place to stay, Ben was great at getting us in and ready with such short notice. Beautiful views, beautiful place, attentive host, we will be back to visit and stay again soon! Hollie
