Good stay, place was clean and convenient The places is pretty, clean, great layout and views even better than pictures. You can see lake Michigan in the distance and it's quite special. Location is away from the buzzing downtown but walkable or easy bus or uber ride. Great steakhouse just next door, and across an excellent Japanese, a good Italian pub, and a convenience store! It gets a 4 star for me for three reasons: 1) the fob key - needed for the elevator to go up doesn't work - the doorman and doorwomen were always super friendly and willing to press the elevator to go up for us, but the instructions is not to ask anything from the doorman, we always had to as I got no response from host about getting a working fob key; 2) the beds have a memory foam mattress - I felt my side of the bed would sink in the middle, my son felt the same on his bed - my husband was fine, so might be personal preference, 3) two of the dinning chairs were very ripped - doesn't match the luxury (and price) proposition of the place. Great location. Responsive host. Overall amazing experience. 10/10 Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Would book again.
