- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.

- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.

I enjoyed my stay here. The view of the highlight, it was clean and comfortable. the host was very responsive. Nice spot to stay in Logan Square with nice views. Had a great time here. The apartment was spacious and very relaxing for my 5 nights. The host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back! Denise
