Guest access
Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.
Other things to note
Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Thanks to dear Jason and jis invetea group to help our lovely stay in Pentagon south area .. The condo very close many lovely restaurants to wholefoods my fav etc .. Apartment spacious 2 seperate bedrooms with its own full baths .. Well equipped kitchen and lots of sunshines and lights even winter time .. We loved staying there with my family if we ever go definetly stay the same apartment best We had a great 30-day stay. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The building is beautiful, and the location is well connected and convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! Beautiful apartment and great location. We paid for parking which was easily accessible. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and a super market right across the street. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. This place was very spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again. There are nice food places all around that are walking distance.
