I had such a great stay with Jason! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. The area felt safe, and I had absolutely no issues getting there or checking in. Jason was also an awesome host and was super communicative, helpful, and easy to get ahold of throughout my stay.<br/>The only thing I would recommend is getting the parking pass if you’re staying longer than 48 hours, because parking can be a little difficult without the pass depending on the events going on downtown within that week/weekend!!!

Only stayed one night but had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the place is large. Getting in and out was easy and the building was very quiet. Saw a game at Comerica park and the walk took no time at all. The only downside is the windows were small, not a lot of natural light and no real great views of the city.

The apartment was clean and well kept. The furniture and place were a tad worn but understandable because of the age of the building. The star of the place was the location - fantastic if you want to spend time in the core of downtown Detroit. Lots of things within walking distance and Q-line nearby. For a downtown location it was relatively quiet.  Beds and pillows were quite comfortable.  Would have been nice to have a few more supplies (more than 2 coffee mugs, drying rack for dishes would have been nice) but definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again at the right price.

Check-in was a little cumbersome but as long as you follow the instructions it’s easy. Place is worth it!

We would highly recommend this location and listing.  Jason and his team clearly communicated ahead of time.  We arrived late and were able to follow the clear instructions on how to access the key fob to get in the building.  Jason was also very responsive - we asked in advance for some restaurant recommendations and Jason promptly provided several options with links to the restaurants.  The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised and as it looked in the pictures.  The location was perfect.  Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance and only a 10 minute walk to Ford Field (where we were attending a concert).

We had a great stay here! The space was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. Jason was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
