Ben's place was accurate to the listing description and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. Having a kitchen and also in unit washer/dryer was very convenient. The view was also beautiful. You can hear the sound of the metro going by but that didn't bother us. We would stay here again if we visit chicago again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a large vehicle that we couldn’t park upon arrival, but the front desk quickly resolved it and gave us a spot we could fit in very promptly. Our family enjoyed the stay. We didn’t check the amenities until we were leaving and wished we had used more that the property had to offer. There were great offerings we missed out on lol. We would absolutely come back and stay again in the future. Overall it was a great stay. Brett, along with the building management took care of any issues we had. It made for a great trip.

Ben’s flat is even better than in the amazing pictures! Lots of very useful amenities like work stations in private rooms, an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi and the best equipped gym I’ve seen in any private flat. Absolutely recommend it. Just note it’s close to the train which is very loud, but for us it was not a problem.

Ben is a great host with a beautiful bright condo. Truly appreciated how quick he was to respond and his thorough and concise instructions. The location was ideal for our stay with everything we would have wanted or needed all within walking distance. The building the unit is in almost has more of a hotel feel with all the great included amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, pool table, ping pong, numerous beautiful terraces with grills and fire pits, and the list goes on! Thank you Ben for a wonderful stay!

This was my favorite stay this year! Feels so high end! You feel right at home and the beds were so spacious and comfortable! I didn’t mind the train noise honestly
