Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night and is subject to availability. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Great place to stay! Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and fast. There is plenty of space on this unit and our family had a great time. Clean and spotless. You will have everything you need within walk distance. Definitely will be staying there again when I’m back to Chicago. Ben was a great host - super responsive! The team checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we had what we needed for a great experience. The location is perfect - walking distances to most anything you would need. We will definitely keep this location on our radar for future visits to Chicago. Chetan
