Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Amazing unit, modernize, decorated nice, bright & airy. Immaculate clean. Every appliance for your convenient was provided. Exceptional large unit with 4 large bedroom, and 2 of them had private bathroom with large walk in shower. King size beds very comfortable.. offer private parking a plus for Chicago. Walking distance to restaurants,shopping and entertainment. Host Anthony was super great Great spot from which to explore Chicago Nayab Z

Ben’s a really responsive host who places great importance on the comfort of his guests. Thought the place can be a bit cleaner and closets made more accessible. I did enjoy the homely feel away from home. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! M

The apartment staff on site were very kind. However, when we arrived at the apartment, it had not been properly cleaned. There was a bowl of half eaten chips and wrappers by one of the beds, and food remnants on the floor. Many of the essentials (tissues, coffee filters etc) were missing. The host did have someone door dash coffee filters and tissues on the third day. In addition, the dryer did not work and there was no option (other than letting someone come in to look at it while we were out), so we had to hang wet laundry on kitchen handles to dry. When we tried reaching out for a resolution, we were told multiple times that someone would reach out to us. That never happened. It was very disappointing.
