Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.

In short the room is as advertised. Beside the blinds in my room. When I lowered them at night they were damaged/had gaps. And during my extended stay my app crashed once, the ac unit dripped on my partner since it is above the bed. There was a bad odor when we first arrived so I purchased a counter air freshener. It did clear up after about a day or two. And just small overlooked issues with the room. There was staining on the sheets, old urine splatters behind the toilet, hair(blonde) in the bathroom drawer with a small perfume from the previous guest. The bathroom is spacious however the shower does pool a little on your feet so pack shower shoes. The shower curtain is only fabric and touches the floor of the shower, the curtain never dried during my stay. The washer/dryers takes about 5 hours per small load, and I had to give it a quick wipe down before using. Besides the cleanliness issue and the blinds the pictures match. Our stay here was wonderful. The space felt incredibly cozy, and the large windows let in just the right amount of natural light, making the whole place feel warm and inviting. The hosts were extremely responsive and genuinely friendly, which made everything even better. Staying here with my partner felt like being at home — comfortable, peaceful, and just what we needed. I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy studio in Chicago! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great visit. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay. The location is excellent too, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I’d definitely stay here again! B

I live in the far west suburbs and occasionally need to visit the city for work a couple days in a row which prompts me to stay the night. This property was absolutely perfect, safe, and clean. The price was appropriate. My only 2 suggestions would be to have a hairdryer and include parking. Those are the two things that dropped my score. The location was fantastic as it sits near shopping, Whole Foods, and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. I plan on staying again!
