Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night and is subject to availability. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

I had a really great time. Great place to stay! Host was super responsive and gave us extra perks like a late checkout and has donuts sent to us. Had some trouble with the lock app, unsure exactly what side it was on because it worked for some guests but not others, however relatively minor. Overall great place and they were super responsive to all communication. The team enjoyed our stay! We’ll certainly be back! Veronica

I booked this apartment for a team of colleagues visiting for a work project. The place was exactly as described: clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the conference center. Everyone appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, quiet atmosphere, and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth throughout. I’d gladly book again for future team trips!
