Guest access
This property is initially accessed via a personalized host check-in.
Guests will have private access to the unit. Also will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that outdoor pools operate seasonally with hours set by building management.
Other things to note
Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Me and my family had the best time at ever @Anthony apartment, we stayed for 10 days over the Christmas holidays, the space was great, I’m the most fussy person when it comes to beds and sleeping and the beds were by far the most comfortably to date, deep sleep every night, blackouts blinds perfect as I like total darkness, nice big shower, kitchen had everything you needed, all beds are a great size, this is a top floor apartment so you do get some lovely views of an evening, also has a spacious lift almost straight to your front door, so ideal if you have lots of luggage as we did, very quiet area and building no noise at all for us, there is a gym which is on the same floor, we used this every day, which was great, the location was ideal for us, there’s a cafe less than 2mins away which did a nice breakfast and fantastic little Japanese across the street, the main restaurant and shopping is all within 15-20mins walk, the host was very accommodating and efficient, we would stay again D
