Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Excellent location. Clear and frequent communication from owners. Latch app worked great for entry. Delay and frustration at arrival.I received the email after I booked to download Latch app because this is how you gain access to building and room. When I got there, the door to get into the lobby would not open using Latch.Another tenant held door open for us.Then we went up to the room (unit 609), Latch wouldn't open door.I went to Latch settings and saw we had access to unit 604 so we went there and the door opened right up. Figured it was a typo on room #. Sent message to host. When host replied, we already unpacked and left for dinner.Just said we should be in 609, not 604 and we had to move. We already left for dinner, host said to move when we got back and he would fix Latch. We rushed thru dinner to get back thinking some random is going to be in the room with all our stuff. At that point Latch allowed us access to 609 & 604, which just seems like a privacy/safety issue. (Coffee pot was dirty) Other than that it's a great location with a decent view, would have been 5 stars Douglas

Great place to stay! Very clean and all the details were as stated. Very reponsive host. A pleasure to work with. Walkable area. Would definitely come back. Ben even text to have donuts sent to make our stay even better! Great host. Great place.
