As part of our commitment to providing a premium experience, we offer complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.
Guest access
Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.
Other things to note
Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Fast to responding, thanks; it is just that the constant messaging is a bit too much. I understand proactivity but some time we just need a host that respond to what is needed instead of being watched from above your shoulders. Not Antony's fault as he explained, as most of those are automatic programmed app messages, sms, and emails, uuff!.<br/>It is also stressful the quantity of rules and warnings you may get a fine at any time if you do or not do this and this and that. Potential guests: read the long list of rules before deciding whether you want to relax or fill you are being watch and threatened if you miss any of those abundant rules.<br/>Call my attention the rule about: If building staff or residents approach you, please DO NOT mention Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking-com. Made you feel you were doing something ilegal 🤷♂️. <br/>Some laps are not working, noise dishwasher, kitchen light switch found last day hidden behind the fridge.<br/>Anyway: good price, plenty of rules, some improvements Matthew

Whilst some of the facilities are a little dated now, the overall set up worked perfectly. The apartment was nicely clean and the bed was comfortable. A few things surprised me a little - a gas cooker upon which you heat the kettle and very noisy heating, but maybe I’m not used to apartments in the US. Nevertheless, the location worked very well for me, there was little external noise, the neighbours were quiet, the kitchen had all the cutlery, crockery and utensils needed and access to the gym was easy, so all good. Thank you. Great location for us near Metro and supermarket and Starbucks. Easy Metro ride to Clarendon shops and restaurants and to DC for museums. Good parking in building allowed us to take drives to Alexandria and Mount Vernon. Apartment was spacious with nice living room and kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms with desks and large comfy beds and large bathrooms. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Good spot in a great location in Arlington. Everything was smooth!
