Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.

- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Jason was extremely responsive right from the beginning. I had no questions whatsoever about my stay because he had already provided clear, thorough, and concise instructions/information about the place. The place was really cozy & clean and was perfect for what we needed. The building itself is so charming so I highly recommend it if you love older buildings like that - especially considering how cool and quirky that elevator is! The building was really quiet, even during the new year’s celebrations, so that’s saying something. We didn’t opt to pay for parking and I’m glad we did that- the street parking was always plentiful and it’s free. I had no issues leaving my car there on the street for a few days so it felt safe for sure. <br/>All in all, the location was perfect for us. We were able to have a cozy, quiet stay while being able to make quick trips downtown or to a movie. I would definitely stay here again! Great stay, would stay there again. Our stay was, frankly, horrible. We endured a complete power outage for a full 24 hours, rendering the rental unusable and ruining our planned trip.<br/>The host's conduct during this crisis was unacceptable. Not only were they completely unaccommodating regarding a refund or partial compensation for the lack of basic utilities, but they also showed a profound lack of concern. We were given false assurances that a maintenance technician was addressing the issue, which turned out to be a lie, drastically extending our inconvenience.<br/>Worse still, we later learned the host was informed of a pre-existing electrical issue with the property before confirming our booking. This level of deception and negligence is appalling. I highly caution future renters against booking this property, as the host is irresponsible and prioritizing profit over guest safety and comfort… Felt like I was talking to AI T
