Amenities
Brett was an awesome host, quick to respond and very informative. The whole process was smooth and pain free. The place was safe, secure, spacious with great views. The office is definitely a plus!! Great host even greater spot. BEDBUG WARNING! first off, was a first for me to have to pay a $500 deposit… I’d never had to do that on Airbnb before and immediately realized that this was a bigger company and not your typical small mom and pop Airbnb hosts… I was nervous, but the communication was so good and they were so kind that I really felt fine about it. Unfortunately, I had an experience in the unit and found a bedbug on my actual body (bites appeared 2 days later! So itchy!) and of course we IMMEDIATELY packed up to leave and they became super unhelpful about getting my money back and all that… Fortunately Airbnb was great and all is well but be careful of this particular company. Envitae is the name of it and it looks like they probably manage quite a few…I DO NOT appreciate having bed bugs and the inconvenience even beyond the bites (cut vacation short, had to high heat wash EVERYTHING, worry of them being on my stuff, etc) and these folks not wanting to help at all! Even trying to say I was wrong! Great spot, great view, close by to lots of cool things to do.
