Convenient personal check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit and access to the amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.

- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Great apartment for spending time in the Baltimore Inner Harbor area. Check in was easy, even though my plane didn't arrive until past mid-night. Rooms are big. Livingroom and kitchen area are super open and bright with great views. Host's responses were super fast. Parking less than a block away. Great gym in the building too. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. The rental was great until the main hall tub drain became clogged and was never addressed. <br/>To have an amenity that doesn’t work, notify your host 2x, and it’s never looked at or followed up on before you leave is beyond concerning. <br/>Especially, when there is a $500-$1000 deposit!<br/>Have the check-in representative check all grains prior to them leaving!
