Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

We booked this apartment for three nights and, on arrival, found it was 59–60°F inside in late November. The thermostat was locked in “cool-only” mode, so there was no way to turn on the heat. The host told us maintenance would come twice, but no one ever showed, and the heat wasn’t restored until the third and final night via a remote reset that could have been done on Night 1. Spent two nights wearing coats, wrapping in blankets, and trying to sleep in an unheated unit. A single space heater was left in the closet — which makes me wonder how often this happens. When we sought resolution, the host also did not respond to Airbnb Support’s attempts to resolve the issue. The location is good, but guests deserve a warm, habitable space and timely support when essential systems fail. As someone who also owns vacation rentals & is an Airbnb Superhost, this was deeply disappointing: failure to meet basic standards of habitability is unacceptable & I cannot recommend this place for a stay.
