Guest access
Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.
Other things to note
Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

I had an absolutely great stay at this property. The unit is equipped with all the essentials you will need. The gym is well maintained for those who like to get a quick workout in. It's in a neighborhood that has a lot to offer*restaurants, whole foods, mall and metro*. Communication with the management was top tier. The commute to DC is very easy. I will definitely book again. Be sure to check out Ruth's Chris Arlington 5 mins away by car for an amazing view & happy hour. Maker's Union across the street has great bites & happy hour as well. Wilson

The apartment is clean and comfortable. on 13th floor great views.There are many restaurants around the area. Pentagon city malls are walking distance and metro bus ,trains.<br/>We had a great stay. I recommend Anthony as host to future customers. Vivian

The location was great, with a Whole Foods nearby, and walking distance to Pentagon City Mall and Costco. The gym was great. But Anthony and his partners made me feel more like a transaction than a guest. Check-in was confusing. I followed exact instructions when I arrived, and I got sent on a wild goose chase to the leasing office next door. It was hard to get the combo lock on the door to work. They charged me $39 per night extra for parking, even though I'm pretty sure it didn't cost them anything. Worst of all, the laminated parking badge they gave me slipped down a crack in my dashboard into the engine, and they snagged $200 of my deposit for it. Furnishings were comfortable but sparse. There was only 1 TV, the shades were paper thin, and they skimped on extras. For example, no dish rack or dish towels, no all-purpose cleaner, loose frying pan handle, etc. Could really use a dresser in each bedroom. This is an investor group I will avoid in the future. Overall a great place to stay in a great location
