Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

A great apartment in a great location! Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance - coffee, restaurants, groceries, public transportation, etc. It was very easy to get around the city from the apartment. Ben was a great host and responded to all of my texts within minutes. A couple notes - the dishwasher didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during my stay. The maintenance person did call me to discuss the issue, but never followed up (or showed up). I also wasn’t a huge fan of the third-party management - signing a rental usage agreement and paying a (refundable) deposit to a company outside of Airbnb was a little uncomfortable. But as long as you’re okay with that aspect, it’s worth the stay! S
