Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.

- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

Great location and a very bright, clean space with lots of amenities provided. Overall, the property is well maintained and comfortable. The host was responsive, though communication felt a bit impersonal at times. When we had booking issues, I asked about switching to a larger unit at a higher price (that I would pay), and while I understood the non-refundable policy, the interaction felt somewhat rigid. <br/>Guests should note that the rooms are very bright and do not have blackout curtains. This made it challenging for our toddler to sleep, which affected how restful the trip was. Adults may want to bring eye masks. Also, while we were aware in advance, the California Blue Line stop does not have an elevator, which can be difficult with a stroller and luggage. Nichole

I’ve never stayed at an Air bnb with a deposit so I was hesitant at first but it’s legit. The location is perfect, just steps to the blue line California spot. Easy place to stay if you’re flying into the O’hare airport, it’s a direct shot on the train from the airport. Lots of fun vintage shops and stationary stores in the area if you’re looking for shopping. There’s fun night life in this area, just around the corner on N Milwaukee there’s a dozen bars and clubs to go hopping around and late night bites. I live down the block, I only stayed here because my apartment was undergoing repairs. It is pet friendly, and I brought my cats with me. It was super clean, you wouldn’t have been able to tell it was a pet friendly place. Just know there is an extra $500 deposit if you are bringing a pet. I don’t necessarily agree with that but I didn’t really have a choice. Overall, the host is very responsive at all hours, great neighborhood, and nice apartment complex. Johnmark

Excellent stay, accommodations, and location. Ben was very responsive and the Airbnb was as advertised. Great place, easy to access all parts of the city. The view made me miss where I grew up. Ben was very responsive and accommodating.
