Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.

Check in process is time consuming. First day supply could have been better. Otherwise okay Overall, this Airbnb is clean, in a good location, nice amenities in the apartment building, and the host was very attentive. The rooms and common area look much bigger in the pictures than they are in person and the fee for early check-in and late check-out are steep ($149). We were thankful to have a place to stay during Chicago Marathon weekend after our first Airbnb cancelled on us. Thank you!! We stayed at this Airbnb the first weekend of October and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space had such a warm and welcoming vibe, perfect for a relaxing fall weekend.<br/>The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to local attractions and restaurants. <br/>Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.<br/>Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’d absolutely love to come back! We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a Whole Foods nearby that we used often. The place itself was super clean, safe, and exactly as described in the listing. The host went above and beyond, incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
