Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.

we had a great stay with Envite. It was a last minute booking but the team was very friendly and right on for any questions or concerns. The directions were very clear and easy to follow through. we had some issue with the door app for the building/room access. But this issue is not on the host. The place was very roomy, clean and convenient for our family and our dog. we will be back again! Vignesh

Easy check in and check out process. Great communication throughout the stay! Thank you! We had such an amazing stay in Chicago! The location was absolutely perfect close to everything we wanted to do, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and transportation.<br/>The hosts were prompt, professional, and extremely communicative from start to finish. They made everything seamless and stress-free. One of the most thoughtful touches was a special delivery of donuts from a neighborhood bakery such a sweet and memorable surprise that really made our girls/work trip feel extra special!<br/>The Airbnb itself was super clean, well-maintained, and had more than enough room and space for a trip of 3 to 5 guests. It was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described.<br/>We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago! Allyson

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the city. The vibe of the building is young, but everyone was friendly and SUPER great place to travel with dogs, with the small dog park right outside the door.
