Extremely nice apartment for a trip with friends. Spacious and tidy. Everyone in my group raved about the comfort of the beds as well as the comforter. <br/>There’s lots to do around the neighborhood having restaurants, grocery stores, and even a brewery. If you’d like to have a nice walk with the city back drop the wild mile is right around the corner. I would 100% stay here again if the opportunity to go back to Chicago arises.

As other’s have said, Ben is an excellent communicator and host. So easy and pleasant to work with! The location was fantastic, so easy to get around and convenient. We had no trouble with street parking. The view was terrific. The condo was spacious and really comfortable. Great stay all around.

GREAT: location for exploring, views! new building, super clean, rooftop deck, access from O'Hare, neighborhood interest, host communication, comfortable big beds, plush linens<br/>GOOD: kitchen has the basics, additional registration requirements and security deposit annoying but efficient, minimalist living area but access to nice common lounge and fitness room if you use that kind of thing<br/>CONSIDER: not for light and noise-sensitive, full sun from sunrise, busy street and metro noise
