We are proud to open up our homes for the heroes combating this outbreak. Medical professionals and first responders who are working away from home, or need to be closer to medical facilities can stay with us free of charge.
We have limited capacity and understand there are large numbers of first responders travelling and working in the cities we operate in, and will do our best to accommodate as many as possible.
We encourage you to email helpinghand@envitae.io to share your story, your name, specific location and required dates you’re looking to travel (up to 5 nights). We will respond to you as soon as possible.
This offer is restricted to qualifying first responders and medical personnel. Each individual will be entitled to a free stay at any of our available locations in Baltimore, Chicago and Long Beach.
All persons accepting this offer will be required to pass an online validation portal for your safety and that of our building residents.
The maximum length of stay is 5 nights, and can be extended upon mutual agreement at a significant discount to our market rate.
The terms and conditions of this offer, as well as any accommodations offered herein, also incorporate ENVITAE’s standard terms and conditions and house rules.
